Our state-of-the-art facility is strategically located in Puttalam, within Sri Lankas renowned Coconut Triangle, close to abundant coconut plantations. This prime location ensures a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality raw materials.

The production process follows internationally recognized standards. Fresh coconut kernels are carefully selected and processed using a cold-press extraction method at controlled temperatures. The oil is handled in a closed, hygienic system bottled and sealed without any exposure to the external environment preserving its natural nutrients, aroma, and purity.

Production Process

Our VCO and WCO are extracted from the fresh white kernel of organically certified coconuts sourced directly from carefully maintained coconut plantations. The coconut kernel is gently dried using a controlled airflow method, ensuring that the temperature does not exceed the relevant limits. This process helps preserve the natural nutrients and aroma of the coconut.

The dried kernel is then cold-pressed to extract the oil, followed by a fine filtration process to retain its purity, natural composition, and nutritional value. At every stage of production and purification, no chemicals or additives are used, ensuring a completely natural and high-quality VCO and WCO.

VCO is naturally colorless, while WCO features a mild, pale-yellow tint.

Omanlanka Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd. is an ISO 22000 certified family company, set up in 2014 to manufacture Premium Quality Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) and Organic Cooking Coconut Oil (CCO) for the international health-conscious consumer.

Our modern factory is situated at Puttalam in the coconut triangle of Sri Lanka. We manufacture under the highest hygienic conditions adhering to all international food safety regulations. Our VCO and CCO are not exposed to the environment at any production stage. All our machinery, factory utensils, and storage tanks, are made of the highest food-grade stainless steel.

Our VCO and CCO are 100% natural, extracted out of organically grown fresh white coconut kernel and Cold Pressed at less than 50oC. It is Unbleached, Non-Deodorized, and Unfermented. No solvents or colorings are added. By this process, we preserve all the natural ingredients of Coconut Oil. The outcome is pure oil without any chemicals being added at any production or purification stage. Every batch of our product is checked and certified by our in-house laboratory before being released to the market. It has a shelf life of two years without adding any preservatives. VCO is colorless and CCO is pale yellow. They have a fresh fragrance and will solidify at < 24oC. Refrigeration is not needed during storage.

They are packed in wide-mouthed glass jars of 150,200, 300,500, and 1000 ml. We also offer bulk packs of various sizes as per customer request. We guarantee that our products are not diluted with other substandard coconut or palm oil. The Coconut Development Authority of Sri Lanka after performing a series of quality checks on the production process awarded the company the use of their FIVE STAR QUALITY LOGO on all bottle labels certifying the quality of the products. They are marketed under the Brand name Natures Gift. We are open to selling under any private label.

The company is registered with the FDA of the USA MOQ - 1000 Liters in Jars of any size or 5x200 L Drum or 1x 1000 L IBC Pack.

CCO is currently used as a replacement for most of the cooking oils in the market. They are also used as hair, massage, and body lotion. Most people consume one tablespoon of VCO daily to maintain their skin quality and good health.

Sri Lankan coconut products have gained an international reputation for their high quality. We do not use any plastic material in our packaging or production process.
